Articles Of Faith
- We believe in one true and living God the Father, Son and the Holy Ghost, equal
in essence, power and glory.
I John 5:7
- We believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and that the scriptures of the old
and new testament are the inspired word of God and our only rule of faith and practice.
I John 5:5
- We believe that the offense of one, judgment came upon all men to condemnation.
Even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all me unto justification
of life which the grace of God became equally accessible to men.
Roman 5:18
- We believe that sinners are justified by the grace of God received through faith
in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 2:8-9 - Romans 5:1-2
- We believe in the resurrection of the dead, both the just and the unjust and that
the happiness of the righteous and the punishment of the wicked will be eternal.
John 5:28-29
- We believe that the church of God is composed only of those who have been partakers
of the Holy Ghost and have tasted of the good word of God and the powers of the
world to come.
John 6:53-54
- We believe that we have an advocate with the Father Jesus Christ the righteous and
that he is the propitiation for our sins and not for our sins only, but also for
the sins if the whole world.
I John 2:1-2
- We believe that only those who have received remission for their sins are fit subjects
for the baptism and that immersion in the water is only mode.
Acts 8:38
- We believe that the Lord’s supper and the washing if the saint’s feet are ordinances
of the Lord and shall be observed by the church until the second coming of Christ.
John 12:14-15
- We believe that the gospel is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes
and that it is commanded to be preached to every creature that all men are responsible
for the manner in which they hear.
Luke 8:18 - Romans 2:13
- We believe there is but one true church and that every member thereof is an heir
to God and joint heirs with Christ John 10:18-19, and if children then be heirs
of God and joint heirs with Christ if so be that we suffer with him that we may
be also glorified together
